*Classical Concert commemorating the 30th Anniversary of Friendship between Osaka Prefecture and Val d’Oise Department in France

This year, Osaka Prefecture and Val d’Oise Department in France celebrate the 30th anniversary of friendly relations. To commemorate this occasion, Osaka Prefecture is honored to have classical music performances by a baritone singer and a pianist from the Cergy-Pontoise Conservatoire in Val d’Oise Department.

Why don’t you take this opportunity to come and appreciate genuine classical music?

*Aqua Metropolis Osaka Festival 2017

This Festival will provide many activities to enjoy autumn in Osaka!

There will be many events such as live performances on the waterfront and on the river, as well as the chance for you to ride a cruise boat and admire the different views of Osaka - the Aqua Metropolis. Participatory programs such as physical fitness tests and sporting experience events will also be available.

Why don’t you come and enjoy getting some exercise and having a meal down by the waterfront?

Seeking Supporting Members of 2025 Japan World Expo Committee!

Osaka Prefecture is currently making efforts to have Osaka-Kansai be selected as the host of the 2025 World Expo (commonly called the 2025 Japan Expo) together with the national government and Japan’s financial world. We hope to make this Expo an exciting event open for everyone to join.

The 2025 Japan World Expo Committee, in charge of the World Expo bid, is involved in promotional activities such as attracting attention from overseas and raising awareness within Japan through the joint efforts of the public and private sectors.
